Design of Porsche’s LLM & redesign of Porsche’s e-learning platform

PPX Campus

I led the UX/UI design for Porsche’s global after-sales learning platform, PPX Campus, orchestrating a comprehensive overhaul that raised user satisfaction from below 50% to over 90%. As part of this, I conducted extensive UX research — including surveys, user testing across four global markets, and both quantitative and qualitative analysis with FullStory.

In addition, I acted as a UX consultant, focusing on the implementation of a user-centered development process for the platform.

Porsche Co-Driver

In a second project, I designed Porsche’s in-house AI chatbot, Porsche Co-Driver, which is integrated into the e-learning platform and also serves as a blueprint for additional use cases, such as customer support.
